Return Policy
You have 14 days to exchange a product from our store. All tags must be intact and the garment unworn. Garments that have a smell of perfume or smoke will not be permitted.
Panties, control garments, hosiery, exercise bottoms and bra accessories are final sale.
We do not offer cash refunds. Credit notes are valid for one year. We sell Gift Cards which are valid while the company is in business.
Sale and discounted items are final sale. If you feel your bra is defective, please email sis@secretsfromyoursister.com to make an appointment for review.
Returns and exchanges outside of the 14 day period are by appointment only.

Shipping
We ship our mail with Canada Post. All packages are sent with a tracking number. We are not responsible for packages that do not make their final destination due to Canada Post. All items can be tracked within 90 days of posting.
