I’m sure you get emails like this all the time, but I thought I’d add my two cents.
I love your store. I have spent a lot of time and a lot of money there- and I’ve been thrilled with the result! Every sales person I’ve met has been warm, professional and efficient and they all seem to have an extensive product knowledge. The store is clean and tidy but relaxed and the quality of the bras and underwear is wonderful. I think it is genius that you use a database to keep track of customers; it has made it much easier and quicker to find the right bra on return visits. This past weekend I had to pick up a new strapless to keep my girls up while in a dress at a wedding. I think the entire process took under 20 minutes. I ended up spending half of what I had budgeted! The bra was a Fit Fully Yours- an affordable but high quality brand, I’ve noticed- and I walked out feeling like I was on a roll! What a great day. Thanks for providing the women of Toronto with a gem of a store!
