Customer Service

October 17th, 2007

It has become a world where customer service is a rare commodity – BUT
- not in your boutique! It was my first time visiting your boutique and I was/am thouroughly impressed. Therefore, I am writing to commend you and your staff.

I came into your boutique on Saturday, October 13th (at around 5:30pm) and from the moment that I entered until the moment I left, I received professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and exceptional customer service from the “bra-expert” that assisted me. I am afraid that I cannot remember her name (straight brown hair tied in a ponytail, appr. 5″3, fair-skinned), but hopefully when my account was created, it was recorded in your system. She was absolutely fabulous!!

She gave me a professional fitting, an education on how to properly don a bra and how it should sit against one’s body, and assistance with finding functional, pretty, and comfortable bras that actually fit properly and feel wonderful. She did not pressure me or push me into purchases; she stayed with me until well after closing and remained patient, friendly, and very thourough. Because she was so absolutely fantastic, I happily walked out of your boutique with four fabulous purchases and I will definitely return!

You now have me as a “customer for life” and many thank yous to you and your staff. A happy, hard-working staff is the sign of an excellent boss. So congratulations to you all.
