I prefer to avoid VPL, but when the choice is between VPL and a thong I’ll take the VPL. My personal philosophy is that underwear is your safety net in the event your pants rip or your skirt blows up, therefore you want them to cover your butt.

I think these pictures really say it all. Finding the right panty for your outfit is key but finding the right size would also solve many of the above issues. Many women struggle with ‘the size’ when really ‘how it fits’ would be quite reasonable. My tip would be, find something that fits and make sure the cut is appropriate for your outfit. Remember, the thinner the material to your body, the less you will see it. If you wear a bikini, short or brief and you don’t want it to show, find a lace trimmed or lazer cut edge – it won’t cut in!

For those of us with ‘hungry butt’ (behinds that seem to enjoy eating up our undies, not matter what shape or size) the thong seems to be the way to go. I know it’s not what’s hot right not, but it sure does eliminate an awful lot of digging about in public. I know I’m a much happier girl for discovering them.

I think VPL should be right up there with “Camel Toe” It’s a big no no! I would also have to ask if I’m the only person that gets tired of seeing people’s thongs when they bend over – help me pass the message along! It’s not flattering!
