Great Gift Idea – Baby Shower

It seems like everyone is having a baby these days! And babies mean baby showers. And baby showers mean gifts!
Why not give a secrets from your sister… gift card! A baby brings a lot of expenses, and as any new mom can tell you, the plush toys, novelty shoes and fuzzy blankets are lovely, but they aren’t exactly functional for a new born.
And why is the baby getting all the gifts anyhow? What about Mummy, who is doing all the hard work? A lot of women put themselves on the back burner at this time in their lives. Their priorities change dramatically, and believe us, it is all too common for a new mother to suffer uncomfortably through too-small department store brands or their old sports bra simply because they are not making the time to get out of the house, or don’t have the money to spend.
Is it too much to you to spend? Here’s an idea – get four friends together, and pick up a $100 gift card. Wrap it in a fun bag with some cute, comfortable undies, and let mama know she can have your help in visiting the store. All that you and the other gifting gals have to do is hold the wee bundle of joy while Mama gets fitted!
This is a gift that your friend will appreciate many times each day as she comfortably nurses her lovely newborn.

Do you carry HotMilk? It’s a maternity/nursing line out of NZ. I bought one of their bras online but I’m looking for a Toronto store that carries them too.
