March is just around the corner and Mr. Groundhog said that Spring is too. We love the change in seasons because that means loads of new merchandise!

Speaking of in like a lion, out like a lamb, we’ve received a new shipment of bras from The Little Bra Company.

In particular we are thrilled to now offer a wedding-appropriate option!

This new style is a sister to Lucia named Little Lucia Convertible! It almost sounds like a Beach Boys song, doesn’t it?

If you are the bride or bridesmaid, or just wearing out that pretty halter number you bought at deep discount in January, you’ll feel like a beautiful beach goddess in this bra.

You can wear it with a variety of different style tops and dresses and hide the straps. Racerback tanks!? Halter Necks?! Hello!

We’ve also replenished our stock of Lucia, the black push up bra that many of our customers already know and love:

This bra is so great! The deep plunge/push up combination is a winner. We love the lace overlay on the cups! It works great with deep-v neck tops and wrap around styles.

Little Bra Company styles are available in 28-32 backs, A & B cups. For a certain customer there is  no better style. We love that a company is focussed on a certain customer and tailors their line just to them.  As the website states, the line was created to offer a product to a petite customer who wants extra oomph without the use of saline or silicon.

In larger cups, we just received Empreinte‘s Roxane in Biscuit. This delicious colour variety is from their spring collection and is a delicate pinky-beige hue that is truly delightful. You may own or have tried this bra before in black or violet but this fashion tone is truly parfait! for spring as it will all but disappear under light garments. Available in E-G cups, 30-38 back.  Here’s a little sneak peek for you!

This colour variation is a fashion style so if you love this bra be sure to snap it up before it sells out, we won’t be able to reorder it. We’re sad too! It is so lovely.

Hello February! On top of this month being Sports Bra Month (where $2 from each sports bra sold is donated to The Heart Truth), it is also the month when Dead Bra Day happens! Dead Bra Day is now one of our most popular events of the year! Dead Bra Day is coming up on February 13th.

Here are the details for this year’s event:

Dead Bra Day is Sunday February 13th, 2011 from 11am-6pm at both stores!
Bring one clean “dead bra” in to donate, receive 25% off one bra and the matching panties (one of each only!).

This is a very very popular event. If you want to have faster service, please come in to the store and try on your items during a less busy time, and make a wish list! This will allow you to purchase items without trying them on or having to wait. If you wish to wait, please feel free to bring a book and relax while you wait. We will take your cell number and call you when your turn is up!

Sales are on regular priced in-stock items only. Special Order items that are instock can be picked up with the discount, but no special orders can be placed on the day of. (Another reason to come early and make your wish list!)

Please bring bras clean and in condition to be donated to charity. Ideally, it would be a bra you’ve grown out of – not one that has been run over by a truck!

We reserve the right to deny accepting any unwashed items. Fittings are limited to 30 minutes, so if it is your first fitting you are encouraged to come in advance to have a leisurely visit. OMG isn’t it deeelishis!?!? Freya’s Zara has just arrived in the spring colour variation! Available in backs 30-38, DD-GG, this bra is a staff favourite and we are sure you’ll love the colour.  Funky floral print on a white base is fun for the spring and summer seasons. Pretty, feminine but great for everyday, Freya bras are customer and staff favourites!

Available in DD-K cups, this bra will be not only the sexiest, sauciest bra you buy this year, but also likely your favourite for every day! Available in 32-40 back sizes, this bra is truly a wonder for all women. Available with the matching knicker and suspender, this set is truly a dream for the festive season. We started out thinking we should write your typical January new year’s resolution post stuffed with sports bras and motivation. Then we got to thinking about it and realized that while exercise is important (and sports bras are too) what fun is that sort of resolution? And who really keeps them?

So here’s to making a few resolutions worth keeping! How about making a resolution to only wear things that make you feel your absolute best?
