There is something extra special about first-time customers though. That first fitting experience, that first reaction to trying on the right size, the first time we determine it is safe to say “boob” and share a giggle. These are the moments that make our jobs worth doing!

On the topic of first fittings, women.ca wrote a great article about our store called Sometimes We All Need a Little Lift. You can check it out here. To quote that article, “The women at SFYS are approachable, candid, and well trained to fit you with the best bosom buddy around.” Thanks women.ca! That’s just the impression we are hoping to leave.
Also on the topic of a first fitting, we were delighted to receive a letter of appreciation from a first time customer. Here it is, in its entirety, and below is our response. These are the moments that make all the hard work worth it. There is absolutely nothing as satisfying as helping a woman like what she sees in the mirror. Thank you for supporting us, reading our blog, and we hope to see you soon!

“To the owner of this magnificent store, I just had to write to let you know what am amazing experience we had at your store last week!
First of all the store itself is beautiful, especially the gorgeous theatrical change area where I could happily sit and drink tea for hours!!!
Second and most importantly I have to comment on the incredible staff that work there! We were blown away by the warm welcome we received as well as the overall experience of having the bra fitting. Not only were we educated about what to look for in a bra and how it should fit, we felt that the women genuinely cared about us, and its not every day that you get all that from one store!
The women who work at “secrets from your sister” are amazing individuals who empower women and make them feel beautiful no matter what their size. Our experience last week has left us feeling inspired and truly grateful because we feel that we have made new friends, and we feel so much better about ourselves too. It was wonderful to converse with such intelligent and caring women whose inner beauty matched their outer beauty!
