(Reuters) A 57 year old Detroit woman avoided serious injury recently, when the underwire on her bra deflected a bullet shot at her from next door say police. The woman saw a break-in at her neighbour’s house, on Tuesday April 21st of this year in the West side of Detroit. When the men spotted her, one of them fired a shot at her.

Amazingly, her underwire slowed the bullet down helping her to avoid a serious injury. She was treated for minor injuries and released the same day. The robbers escaped.
Truly, a new meaning for the phrase “Bullet Bra”!
