How do I know what size to purchase?
The easiest way to narrow down what size you need is to rifle through your ladies underwear drawer. Look a no less than 3 different bras sizes and the same for knickers as women tend to have many sizes! The computer documents our customer’s past purchases for size and brand. We also have a WISH LIST so our customers can try on different styles and pick their favourites based on fit and colour. This is listed under their name.
Can I return underwear if they don’t fit?
Yes, we make a special exception for gifts. There is a 14 day exchange policy. For sanitary purposes underwear can only be tried on over a bikini or brief. Bras and sleepwear may be tried on and exchanged if they do not fit.
I feel uncomfortable in a women’s lingerie store, is this a valid concern?
Many men feel a little out of their element when it comes to buying lingerie. We want to make you feel as comfortable as possible. Our girls are very helpful and enjoy helping men put gift ideas together. Purchasing lingerie shows a woman that you put a lot of care into her gift and into making her happy. We fully encourage giving lingerie as a present!
Will my lady be offended if I buy her the wrong size?
Probably, but we don’t think that should discourage you from giving her something fun and sexy. You do have a 50% chance of giving her the right size! Many women can’t justify buying themselves something nice. You can spoil and surprise her at the same time. Women always need lingerie and underwear and will be thankful for your thoughtfulness. We always have Gift Certificates if you can’t decide or her size is unavailable.
Do you sell Gift Certificates?
Yes, we have Gift Cards. You can decide how much you would like to give. The cards expire after one year of non-consecutive use.
Do you do bra fittings for men?
Yes, we do. We ask that you bring your own inserts if you use them so we can find a proper cup size. We also ask that you come in Monday through Friday so we can have some extra time to find the right style.
